One of the best parts about writing a blog is the ability to share information and teach leaders new approaches to thinking about processes in their organizations. Another is the ability to crowdsource information for the benefit of all participants and readers. It is in this spirit that I share this post with you today. Brandon Hall Group is conducting our 2014 HR Systems Survey.
This survey focuses on the core HR systems that organizations purchase and use. Further, it adds in detail around how they are selected and implemented, which will be extremely helpful to practitioners and decision-makers. HR professionals are rarely trained on how to select and implement HR technologies until they happen to be in an organization where a purchase is being made. My hope is that this research will enable me to aid you and other HR leaders in making decisions and to learn more about how to purchase and implement the solutions.
If you are a HR leader or practitioner who works with your organization’s core HRIS, I encourage you to take the survey and share it with any other HR leaders you know. By increasing the number of respondents, we will all benefit.
