The 2008 Brandon Hall Research Excellence in Learning Awards is entering a fourth and final round of judging. Winners will be announced on September 25 at our Innovations in Learning Conference, and they will be on hand to display and present their entries.
Case studies and video recordings of past Awards entries are available now in a series of reports. The newest addition to this series is titled “Customer Service Skills: Descriptions and Excerpts of Online Courses from the 2007 Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards.” This report features nine case studies and online video recordings of courses submitted to the 2007 Awards program that are designed to teach customer service skills.
