Guests: Adrian Stevens, VP Learning and Professional Development – Talent Enablement and Sonia Ng, Director, Leadership, High Potential & Business Solutions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Adrian is responsible for the enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, including leadership development, assessment, coaching, onboarding, professional skills, technical career path, functions, and compliance portfolios for HPE’s people and people leaders. Since the launch of HPE, Adrian has led the development of HPE’s leadership model, digital learning strategy, and culture activation plan. Prior to this, Adrian led the learning and development separation management office at HP, contributing to one of the largest and fastest corporate separations to date. The timely separation of learning programs, processes, systems, functions, and people resulted in the successful startup of learning ecosystems for both Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. Prior to pursuing a passion for bringing out the best in people with a move to learning and development at HP, Adrian led business and go-to market teams covering sales, marketing, and business operations within HP’s enterprise, SMB, and consumer organizations. Adrian has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific, contributing to his belief in the strength of cultural diversity across a global organization like HPE. He now resides in the San Francisco Bay area.

As a member of the Leadership & Professional Development team within Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Talent Enablement organization, Sonia Ngleads the design and delivery of HPE’s global programs for executive, core leadership and high potential development, as well as professional skills and business/functions training. During her career, she has been involved in all aspects of the learning profession from strategic planning, performance consulting, design and development, to delivery. At HPE, Ms. Ng led the launch of their industry award-winning flagship management program and directed the subsequent build-out of their enterprise-wide leadership curriculum, which spans all levels from individuals considering a role in leadership to senior executives. Prior to joining HPE, Sonia held learning and organization development roles within several technology and retail companies, including VMware, T-Mobile, Target Corp. and AT&T Wireless. Ms. Ng has a master’s in Human Resources & Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.

Mike started his career at MicroVideo Learning Systems in 1992, eventually holding a senior management position and leading all corporate sales before founding Dynamic Minds. Mike was CEO and Co-Founder of Dynamic Minds, a custom developer of software programs, working with clients like Goldman Sachs, Prentice Hall, McGraw Hill and Merrill Lynch. Also, Mike worked for Oddcast, a leading provider of customer experience and marketing solutions, where he held a senior management position leading the company into new markets across various industries. Mike also serves on the Advisory Board for Carbon Solutions America, an independent sustainability consulting and carbon management firm that specializes in the design and implementation of greenhouse reduction and sustainability plans as well as managing the generation of carbon and renewal energy and energy efficiency credits. Mike attended University of Phoenix, studying Business Administration and Finance. He has also completed executive training at the Chicago Graduate School of Business in Chicago, IL.
