The results of Brandon Hall Group’s 2019 HCM Excellence Awards were announced in a live webcast. Hundreds of organizations applied to showcase programs that help their employees succeed in the workplace.
Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence Awards recognize organizations that successfully deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that achieved significant and measurable results. Winning organizations leverage their awards to promote stronger employee value propositions when recruiting, and show stakeholders that their human capital investments are paying off.
A formal gala and awards celebration is set for February 5, 2020 in West Palm Beach during the HCM Excellence Conference, where winners will receive onstage recognition, commemorative trophies and more.
Awards are presented in three tiers — Gold, Silver and Bronze — across six divisions and more than 80 categories. The program attracts entrants from leading organizations around the world, as well as mid-market and smaller firms. Winners come from almost every major industry.
“Organizations of every shape and size submitted entries for Excellence Awards, each with a unique program that matches their culture,” said Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group’s Chief Operating Officer. “In judging the entries, our panel identified the very best programs and practices that every company should follow.”
