Playbook: Managing Remotely During Disruption (Second Edition)

The world of work has been transformed since the start of the COVID-19 crisis. The question now is, “When stay-at-home regulations are relaxed, will we return to what was or will we build a ‘next normal?’” The great majority of business and HR leaders we speak with say there will be a transition that builds on the foundation laid during the crisis. Leaders believe a significant number of people will still work from home, so the skills to manage people who work remotely must evolve. This playbook provides insight and guidance drawn from existing Brandon Hall Group research, plus tools and ongoing research related to the COVID-19 disruption.
