Virginia Beach, Virginia — August 29, 2023 — Ingenuiti, a global leader in learning and translation solutions, was recognized along with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) with a Gold Award in the Best Certification Program category in the 2023 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards®. Designed for the Sediment and Stormwater Program within DNREC, the new Contractor Training Program (CTP) is key to greenlighting construction projects in Delaware and their corresponding positive economic impacts.
The CTP delivered significant measurable impacts to a wide variety of stakeholders including DNREC, contractors, jobseekers and the State among many others. Chief among the results are:
- Annual certifications increased by 238% year over year
- Lead time to certification was reduced by up to 3 months
- Learning seat time was reduced by 50 – 55%
